• I’m a total novice at this and learning as I go. I’m currently running the latest WP4.6.1, Shop Isle theme and Woocommerce plugin on an eCommerce website.
I’ve been having a lot of issues with fatal errors and warnings while I’m creating product listings, the only way I have found to resolve them is to completely shut down my explorer (Chrome) and reopen it. I don’t have any other plugins installed or activated and I’ve tried a complete uninstall/reinstall but the errors keep happening. Can anyone offer any help?
These four error messages have happened in the space of a couple of hours while I’ve been creating product listings.

Please quote the complete error message.

You may want to check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

Hi Tara, I’ve included images of the four most recent error messages. They are usually all different, mentioning various lines within various files. The error logs on my host don’t show any errors!

hi I’m totally unable to login to the wp dashboard to remove a plugin that is causing the following error: Fatal error: Class ‘slim_browscap_db’ not found in /home4/lexilewi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/browser.php on line 22.

I took over handling this site from someone else and only made configurations via the admin panel. I have PHPadmin setup. Is there a way I can access this site via PHPadmin? I have a copy of the config file and db credentials. I entered them in PHPadmin but do not see a way to connect to the dashboard admin site to remove the bad file. Please, please help!

    Hi,

Slimstat support here. The fastest solution is to FTP into your server and delete a file named browscap-db.php in the folder /wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/ . Once you do this, please update Slimstat to version 4.4.3 to prevent this bug from happening again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thank you,
    Jason

    Yet another error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugins() in /home/bristol2/public_html/wp-content/themes/shop-isle/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1991

I have no idea why these keep coming up, all I’m doing is creating a product listing via the woocommerce plugin! I could understand if I’d been playing around with the coding but I wouldn’t dare without knowing what I was doing.

    Hi.
I’m experiencing a fatal error as well. It’s preventing me from logging in to the dashboard so I’m not sure what to do.

This is the error that I am receiving.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ninja_forms_register_tab() in /home/content/s/w/a/swartz5522/html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms-layout-master/includes/admin-layout.php on line 30

    Please help.

    @swartzambulance,

    This is relatively older thread.

It is an old thread yet still unsolved. Not sure what the point of a support forum is if nobody offers any help and support!
