Fatal Error. Locked Out of WordPress??

    Hello all,

    I recently attempted to install a new theme to my wordpress blog and have received the following “fatal error”

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_twidget_init() (previously declared in /home/content/12/63246414/html/wp-content/plugins/twitter-widget/twitter-widget.php:18) in /home/content/12/63246414/html/wp-content/themes/forewordthinking/includes/theme-widgets.php on line 81

    Now, I cannot access the website, nor the admin section, and the website does not appear in a browser.

    How do I get rid of this error, and revert back to the old themes, especially given I cannot log into anything without getting that error?

    After some research I saw thoughts of going into “FTP” and deleting such and such, however, I am not familiar with how to do that.
    Any help would be great
