Fatal error: maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in define.php

As the title says. I’m repeatedly getting this error since yesterday, when trying to access the WP Admin.
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php on line 1449
At least it doesn’t seem to affect the website. How do I fix it?
