    Hi,

Any help on this would be really appreciated. This message is showing up on my site and I don’t know how to go about fixing it.

    I appears as follows:

Warning: require_once(/home/admin/public_html/wp-content/themes/Builder/lib/classes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/admin/public_html/wp-content/themes/Builder/lib/builder-core/init.php on line 40

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/admin/public_html/wp-content/themes/Builder/lib/classes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home/admin/public_html/wp-content/themes/Builder/lib/builder-core/init.php on line 40

    Thanks in advance.

  • It looks as though the “Builder” theme is looking for a file that doesn’t exist.

You’ll need to use either FTP or your hosts cPanel to gain access to your file directories.

Once there, navigate to the wp-content/themes/ directory. Then, locate the “Builder” directory. Delete that directory.

This will force your WP install back to the default 2015 theme.

From there, you can try to re-install the “Builder” theme… or do whatever else.

I got this message can someone please help me?!: Warning: require_once(/home/graysongibson003/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/graysongibson003/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 171

    Josh,

Here’s what I did. I manually updated WordPress. (Through cPanel with FileZilla as was suggested to someone else earlier.)

That did not change the error message.

I then removed builder as you suggested and got a blank screen. Replaced Builder and still receiving a white screen.

I don’t know how significant this is, but the initial message did not change after manually updating wordpress. Can you or anyone for that matter, offer any suggestions. Screen is completely blank.

    Thanks in advance.

For anyone facing a blank white screen…what I did.

I tried accessing the site via https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin and ‘lo and behold’ the login screen popped up.

I was able to log in, re-upload the theme and my site appeared. Still need to clean up a few scratches but, thank God, I can finally sleep.

Thanks to everyone who share daily and freely on this site.
