Fatal error message

I have setup a multi-site for my organization, but when attempting to add an event through an event plugin, I am getting the following message, “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 109 bytes) in /home/engagedparents/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 130.

Does this have to do with increasing the memory in my wp-config file?
