    Active theme: X (version 10.2.3)
    Current plugin: Jetpack (version 13.0)
    PHP version 7.4.33

Hi @lswebs, is the fatal error still happening? If so, could you check the PHP settings to see what the values are for max_execution_time and memory_limit, and check with the hosting provider about increasing them if needed?

Thanks for getting back to me. The website host fixed it. Here is what they said: It looks like ModSec was getting in the way, we did have to disable it but everything for editing should work now.

Thanks for sharing the resolution. It sounds like ModSec was blocking Jetpack. If you happen to turn on ModSec again, you can ask the webhost to allowlist the Jetpack IP addresses listed at https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/.

As the site is now fixed. I’ll set the thread to resolved.
