Fatal Error MESSAGE

  • I just installed a plugin called Pop up domination 2 and after clicking Activate I got this message

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/tom_blitz/blitzbeats.com/global/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102

    How do I fix this asap?
