• Today I upgraded to the latest version of NextGen and tried to insert a gallery into a post. Unfortunately I got this message:

Fatal error: Class ‘gdsrAdmFunc’ not found in /home2/rgiblet/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/gd-star-rating/code/class.php on line 1324

I have zero knowledge about codes, programming so obviously I was in a panic. The only thing I realised about the message was the, “/gd-star-rating/”, part didn’t look like it should belong as it is the name of another plugin I use. I have disabled this other plugin and NextGen worked normally again.

I’m not particularly happy about deactivating the Star rating plugin, but for NextGen to work I needed to do it. And I thought the developers of NextGen should know.

@regillett – Thanks for the feedback … did you advise the other Plugin Author of this issue as well?

PS: Although inconvenient, it appears from very light testing, you can use the NextGEN ATP if you temporarily deactivate the GD Star Rating plugin first.
