Fatal Error Message For Upgrade to WordPress 3.1

    I am trying to do two things… The first of which is upgrade my wordpress to 3.1. When I try to upgrade I get this error:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 33554432) (tried to allocate 2884677 bytes) in /homepages/11/d308407760/htdocs/blog/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1402

    I’m also trying to change my theme with it’s not letting me do. Is this because of the same upgrade issue? Please help!
