• I have had my WordPress website for 3 years. Today I logged in to my admin dashboard and got a “fatal error” message. I am unable to go to/ see any dashboard. I don’t know what to do to troubleshoot. Here is the message:

  • This is from the plugin you’re using, “Cloud Templates & Patterns collection”

Please post in the plugin’s own support forum to get help from its developer here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/templates-patterns-collection/

In the meantime, you may disable the plugin to get rid of the fatal error and continue to work on your site. If you’re unable to access the dashboard at all, use FTP or the web-based File Manager in your hosting control panel to access your WordPress files, navigate to public_html/wp-content/plugins/ and delete or rename the problematic plugin’s folder templates-patterns-collection do disable it.

    Good luck!
