    Hi @gabygaby,

Thank you for using Cloud Templates, and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.

To get access to the website’s Dashboard again, you can ask your hosting provider to temporarily rename the plugin folder. This way, WordPress will deactivate it automatically, and you will be able to access the Dashboard.

There was an issue with the plugin last week, however, it was fixed in version 1.2.1. Based on the WordPress and PHP versions you shared, it should work correctly.

Do you know what triggered the error, automatic update or did you try to import a starter site, or another action? I’m asking as the problem might have happened during the automatic update between the releases, version 1.2.0 and version 1.2.1. Also, was the PHP or WordPress version updated recently?

    Regards,
    Stefan

    Hello

If I rename the plugin, the webdesign will be broken ?.

The issue occurred after auto-update all plugins and auto-update wordpress. PHP has not been updated.

Unfortunately there is still the problem with the plugin version 1.2.1. :/

Thank you if you can do someting

    Gaby

    Hi @gabygaby,

Thank you for the clarification. It seems to be a conflict with a module from another plugin since many products were updated at the same time.

I recommend using the HealthCheck Troubleshooting mode to disable to other plugins and enable them back one by one until you find the problematic one. Feel free to share it with us to see what we can update in the plugin to prevent this from happening again.

Renaming the plugin folder will just deactivate it. Your website layout won’t be affected as templates already imported aren’t affected in any way by disabling the plugin.

    Regards,
    Stefan

Exactly the same error here… Can’t access my dashboard anymore, and I don’t have a direct access to my hosting provider so I’m stuck for now…

    Hi @hannahiss,

Thank you for using Cloud Templates and I’m sorry to hear that.

A new version 1.2.2 was released after this issue was reported. I recommend manually updating the plugin by uploading the new version over the existing one – here is an example.

In case the problem persists after that, I recommend checking the PHP version to be 7.4 or higher and WordPress 6.0 or higher.

You can also make sure there isn’t a plugin conflict causing it. This can be done by temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Cloud Templates, and enable them back one by one. The same troubleshooting steps can be applied by temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes. In case you find the product causing the conflict, feel free to share it with us.

    I hope this will help.

    same error here
I also can get into recovery mode because of it.
I renamed the templates-patterns-collection folder to deactivate it and was able to login

    I’m on WordPress 6.2.2
    Template Patterns Collection 1.2.3
    Neve Theme 3.4.5

    Hi @xabitrigo,

Thank you for reporting the issue. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.

Based on the versions shared, the issue might occur due to a conflict with the Neve theme running an old version. Please update it to Neve 3.7.2 and try again.

    I hope this will help.

    Hi @blbsolutions,

Thank you for providing details about the error. I recommend updating the Neve theme to version 3.7.2. It’s also a best practice to keep WordPress up to date, the latest version is 6.3.1.

The issue should be gone by updating both the Neve theme and WordPress, as the Cloud Templates plugin is up to date.

    Regards,
    Stefan

    Hi,

    Just my two cents.

I had the same problem. I updated Neve Theme to its latest version and problem solved ??

    What I did:

    1. Changed plugin name using my host File Explorer aplication.
    2. Logged in to the WP admin as usual
    3. Updated Neve theme.
    4. Re-activated the plugin via the admin plugins section.
    5. Done. Web works as usual.

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I am unable to access my dashboard anymore, so using “the embedded option”?or “replace and upload” to manually update to the latest version does not work.

Using FireZilla to connect to my wordpress site via FTP is also giving “Critical error: Could not connect to server”, even with the correct credentials and hostname.

Could you please suggest another way to gain control over my plugins or to have an admin help me with this please?

    Thank you!
