    Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I have with Easy Pricing Tables: Free v. 3.2.5? I been having trouble with Easy Pricing Table plugin for at least a year now and decided at the time to just deactivate it and deal with it later. While in doing this I saw it left a line code on my website there my table was. So, I decided I need to fix this.

Anyway, I wait for awhile and I upgrade my wordpress site and plugins to the latest versions. So, I have wordpress verson at 6.4.1 , my php version at 8.1 and my plugin to the latest version 3.2.5. So, I decide to try to activate it again today since I upgrade everything and I’m still getting the same error message.

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a?fatal error.”

I’m still a novice when it come to wordpress and not an expert yet but I’m really not sure what causing my issue to run the plugin.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you in advance for the help

    Hi Techguym,

Thanks for your message. I will be happy to help.

Sorry to hear you have an issue with this. Do you have a link to your website where the line of code is?

Are you getting any console errors? You can follow a guide like this – https://documentation.concretecms.org/tutorials/how-open-browser-console-view-errors

Do you have debugging turned on? You can use this guide so WordPress will send you more detailed errors – https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Are you using any caching plugins?
When you made your table, did you add any code to any of the fields?

You can use this guide like this for checking on any conflicts using the Health check & Troubleshooting plugin. You might be able to do what you need while turning on the troubleshooting mode – https://fooplugins.com/documentation/general/general-troubleshooting/health-check-debug/

    Looking forward to your reply.

    All the best.

    Dear gavinohanlon,
Thank you for the reply. I will have to try some of these out and get back to you. Please give me a week to try some of it out and get back because of my busy schedule.

Also, after I read your suggestion on how to find and fix the error. I turn debugger mode on my wordpress site and it give me this message.

Notice: Undefined index: page in?/home/mikestec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/softaculous/functions.php?on line?2668

So, I wonder if that has anything to do with it? I will continue to check it out and try different things and get back to you within a week.

Thank you again for your suggestions.

    Hi gavinohanlon,
I have not heard back from you in awhile. So, I thought I update you. I was looking around and try different things to try to fix my problem. Sadly none of it worked. So, I delete the files in the website itself, downloaded the plugin files and upload them to my website and now it works.

It looks like delete the files and uploading new ones help. Also, updating the PHP version and some other stuff too help.

So, thank you for your suggestion of some things to try.
    Thanks again
