    Thank you for reaching out.
    The font size is always set by the styles of your theme. In Ultimate Post List you can set the HTML element of list title but not the style itself.
    If you select h3, for example, you have to check which style h3 has given from your theme and edit this. But, take into account that a general changes of the style is for all h3. So, try to limit the new font size to the h3 in the list.
    Because each theme is different I can not answer more detailed.
