• Hello,
I′m getting this error when I′m trying to go into my website
Fatal error: Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement in the script in /home2/faseinsp/public_html/wp-content/themes/neve/inc/views/header.php on line 8

All the plugins are disable now.
I don′t know how fix it and restore all the plugins I had

    Please your support.

  • It seems your theme declares the namespace in the wrong place in the file “header.php” in the folder /themes/neve/inc/views/. I tried downloading the theme from Themeisle now to check the file. It is indeed at line 8, but all the lines above are comments. It should not be a problem.

Have you tried updating your theme to the newest version? You can try changing themes to TwentyTwentyOne to see if you get access to your site again.

    Hi Dekadinious,

This is the first time that an error happen to my website.
I changed the theme to a new one and that works!
    Thank you ??

However I′m still in recovery mode and I have the follow doubts:
-How do I recover the plugins that I had?

-I need first go to Normal mode and then, how could I recover the plugins?

Seems I could recover all the base and structure of the website but still I need the plugins I had.

Please let me know your feedback

Have you manually deleted any plugins from the server? If not, I would imagine you could go back to normal mode and then just activate plugins one by one from the WordPress Dashboard.

    Hi Dekadinious,
Seems that now I′m in the normal mode.

    I haven′t erase any plugins.
Seems the Hoster (Hostgator) disabled the plugins. I′m also checking with them

Is it possible to enable them in other way??
I′m not really good with the code programs. I just know how go into the Cpanel but not sure if that can be solve there.

Could you help me in this also?

I′m aprreciate your support in this

You probably need to log in to yoursite.com/wp-admin/ and go to Plugins in the menu, then activate them there.
