Fatal Error Network Site

    I get a Fatal Error on a network WP site (9 sites). This error occurs at Step 1/7 and log file says:

    404 — File not found.

    Problem persists if I activate plugin throughout the network or on one subsite.

    Could it be a permission thing? Or communication with DB?
