Follow the simple steps to solve it.

open the file archive.php from wp-content/themes/transcript directory
add the code

<?php include(“wp-content/plugins/Viva-ThumbZoom/viva_zoom.php”)?>

at the beginning: the file viva_zoom.php has the function viva defined.

Refresh your Page that is all.

This worked for my new weorpress installation in my website https://www.mathmade.info
