Fatal error: ob_end_flush():

    Recently updated to WordPress v4.1, and to Events Calendar v3.9 and getting this error when only accessing the calendar:

    Fatal error: ob_end_flush(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 3269

    The rest of the site works fine with no errors.

    Have tried reverting back to v3.8.1 but still the same error so must be related to the WordPress update?

    Anyone else having trouble? Any ideas on how to solve this?
