fatal error occur after install wooslider in mystile

I just updated my plugins and when I go into Customise on my Dashboard, I get the following message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /data03/c3007609/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2324

Do I need to use the same code suggested by Mike Jolley to louisapple?
Or do I need to do something different?

I’d be really grateful for step-by-step advice, please?
