Fatal Error on 2nd page of check outs

Fatal error: Call to undefined method PremiumPressTheme::_e() in /home/content/30/8322430/html/wp-content/themes/shopperpress/PPT/ajax/actions.php on line 870
I have had this problem for over 2 months and nobody can correct it.
I need to know step by step what to do because I am not into programing
programs. You get to this after you add something to your shopping cart and click ‘Check Out Now’. Then continue to next page and fill out all the persons information the ‘FATAL ERROR’ will be at the bottom of the page on the right side. thank you for any and all help.
