Fatal Error on activation

    Hi,
    I’m receiving the following error when trying to activate. Any ideas?

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/pjlittle/public_html/sites/***/wp-content/plugins/multisite-post-duplicator/inc/mpd-functions.php on line 157
