Fatal Error on activation

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/public_html/dev/wp/wp-content/plugins/delete-expired-transients-littlebizzy/admin-notices-ms.php on line 85

    Not sure why the plugin is calling the ms page. This is NOT a multisite installation.
