Fatal Error on Activation

We have been experiencing issues with the woo-commerce plugin, i was getting the ‘experiencing technical difficulties’ error, then i deactivated all plugins and reactivated one by one and the woo commerce plugin is causing a fatal error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and i have tried an older version but doesn’t seem to work. I can upload the woo commerce plugin zip file successfully but wont activate, as it says it has a fatal error. Please help me fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
