Fatal error on activation

I installed this plugin n my wordpress site but when i activate it , i get :

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/kareemzok/public_html/techwebies/wp-content/plugins/miniclip-games/inc/widget-category.php on line 92

I m running on wordpress 4.3.1 ( version of wordpress could be the problem, can you fixx it to be compatible plz )
