Fatal error on backside w/ wp-e-commerce plugin

I am getting the white screen of death when calling a settings page with this plugin.
I have tried adding this to my config file:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);

The error is:
[29-Nov-2012 07:16:59 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/domain/wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/views/back.php on line 275

this is with the latest WP 3.4.2 and 2.8.1 WYSIJA

I also have wp-e-commerce installed. The WYSIJA works if I deactivate the wp-e-commerce, I guess between them they eat a lot of php memory?
