Fatal error on bundled product. Product price settings no longer available.

Currency Switcher was working well until recently. We use shortcode on product pages. On a bundled product page we get a fatal error:
On simple product pages, only the default currency is available. The dropdown does not work.
In the product page admin, the Currency Switcher admin area is empty. I am no longer able to manually set prices for different currencies.

Currently I have disabled the Currency Switcher to allow the cart to function at least for the default currency. If the Currency Switcher is activated, the bundled product page becomes illegible.
