The plugin activates correctly, but when I go the Export Feeds screen I get the following fatal error. The error is not present on the Import Feeds screen, but only on the Export Feeds screen. Any thoughts on resolving this? Thanks.

@awarren Thanks for sharing, it appears the “Gravity Forms Salesforce” plugin has been updated, which has a dependency. I’ll take a look and resolve this issue. Expect an update soon!

Hi, just wanted to follow back up on this and see if you’ve had a chance to resolve the issue. Thanks!

    Hey @awarren,

Sorry for the delay, but I took a look at the error code you provided and cannot determine which “Gravity Forms Salesforce” plugin you’re using.

Can you let me know which plugin and version number you’re using?

@awarren FWIW, I pushed an update that improves Add-On plugin support. The plugin export feeds for the latest version of the CRMPerks Salesforce Gravity Forms Add-On, both the Free and Pro version.

    Free: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gf-salesforce-crmperks/
    Pro: https://www.crmperks.com/plugins/gravity-forms-plugins/gravity-forms-salesforce-plugin/

    I hope this helps!

Thanks for the update! I’ll update the plugin and give it a shot.

This is the Salesforce addon I’m using: https://gravityplus.pro/gravity-forms-salesforce/

    It is version 1.7.0.

Unfortunately after updating the plugin the error still persists on the Export Feeds screen.

    @awarren Got it.

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with this paid plugin and do not have a license to build and test with. Because of this, we will not be able to provide the support for this paid add-on.

It’s difficult as a developer sometimes because of the massive amount of plugins and add-ons for other plugins to support everything out there. Our plugin is offered free to users and supports the official RocketGenius add-ons and the CRM Perks plugin, given its popularity and free version.

Having that said, the latest release shouldn’t give you the error you previously shared. However, you will not see the feeds to export for the Gravity+ Salesforce plugin.

I hope you understand. Thank you.

Totally understand. Is your plugin on GitHub or another repo? I may take a crack at adding support for this plugin. I’d love to be able to use it. If you decide to make a premium version that would support the paid plugin I’d be glad to pay for it as well.

@awarren It’s not available anywhere else, but here. I’ll Slack you and maybe we can get this resolved.

Updating this thread for anyone else who may stumble upon it, but @awarren and I worked through the issues with the GravityForms+ Salesforce plugin and extended the compatibility to the Import/Export Feeds plugin. Yay!
