Fatal error on form editing page

Another error occurs!
When clicking on the link to the registration page or on a preview of the form.
The site automatically takes the user to the home page!

Thank you for writing in. Could you please send us screenshots of the issue? Since we aren’t experiencing this problem in our environment, it’s possible that the issue may be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme on your WordPress site.
Could you please deactivate all other plugins except for User Registration and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three to see if the issue persists?

Before the update there were no problems at all!
The problems came after the update.

I turned off all plugins and all templates!
Still the fault occurs!
The page is cut off on the right side of the site, and you can’t see part of the settings and the page!
