    Hello ! I am actually working on my first website, but I know nothing about coding, php and even less debugin.

    So I upgraded to the new version of the plugin, and I don’t understand why but I get a message error. Still, everything seems to works fine.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on null in /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-includes/link-template.php:431 Stack trace: #0 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-includes/link-template.php(393): _get_page_link(Object(WP_Post), false, false) #1 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-includes/link-template.php(197): get_page_link(Object(WP_Post), false, false) #2 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php(3126): get_permalink(Object(WP_Post)) #3 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php(3206): wp_cache_post_id_gc(1043, true) #4 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): wp_cache_post_change(1043) #5 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(332): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #6 /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5dd in /home/clients/9bd3133b386dc2c630ee02a0c5ddc60c/web/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 431

    The error I get and are unable to understand.

    What should I do ?

  • Hi @myfo,

    Thanks for choosing LightStart!

    The error you get doesn’t seem to be related to LighStart, but to WordPress itself. You could try to check for plugin conflicts that may cause this by installing the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enabling the troubleshooting mode, which will deactivate all plugins, and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks you for the plugin and answering so soon ! I tried to repair the problem, but it seems like it’s worst than ever.
    I think Divi is the problem, but the error occure when I launch LightStart.

    I now can’t access WP, restaure a save or even reinstal Divi.
    Am I forced to start everything from scratch again ?
    Here’s the error :

    Another question, how can I prevent to not lose everything the next time ?
    Thanks for all ??

    @myfo A backup of your site is the safest way to make sure you have your work saved in case anything happens with your environment. It’s recommended to do a backup before making any big change on your site.

    Regarding the error, you could try to contact your hosting provider, maybe they will be able to help you find the cause of the issue.

    Have a nice day ahead!
