I just updated my WordPress today to version 4.2.2 and everything went great. I updated my plugins (i.e. Hello Dolly, Akismet) and again, everything was great. However, whenever I went to update my themes, “Spacious” and “Twenty-three,” my entire site crashed and gave me a fatal error.

Now, I can’t login to my site and I can’t find any information online, on how to fix this.

I use GoDaddy hosting, so I went into my FTP Manager and deleted my themes, because that seemed to be at the root of the fatal error, but that hasn’t helped.

Can someone please help me fix this? I’ll include the error message below without my specific account details:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Options_Framework::get_option_name()

    D:\Hosting\html\wendystidham.com\wp-content\themes\spacious\inc\admin\options\includes\class-options-framework-admin.php on line 59

Seems the spacious theme still is present., it’s in the error message

I probably would install theme TwentyFifteen manually via FTP manager, if it’s not there.. And rename the \spacious\ folder to take it out of play …

And then the error should be gone and you can figure out what happened to your spacious theme

    Thank you.

I went back and deleted any trace of the theme, then I cleared my cache. Everything seems to be okay now.

I’ll use your renaming tip in the future! Thanks.
