    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data() in /var/www/vhosts/inneroceanempowermentproject.org/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/jma-youtube-playlists-with-schema/youtube-playlists-with-schema.php:23

    Seems line 23 the get_plugin_data is failing? Do you know why or how to fix?

    Hmmm, get_plugin_data() is a wp core function, so it should be there. You can remove lines 22-25 from the file in question and the plugin should work fine. I will address it in future releases.
