    Hi,

Getting a fatal error on first step of setting up a Google Shopping / Google Merchant Promotions Feed:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in my-domain/wp-includes/meta.php on line 1180

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in my-domain/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 3179

But as far as I know 256 MB is enough for WordPress.

    Guido

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Can you try enable this general plugin setting to see if it makes a difference? https://www.dropbox.com/s/nton3fja2pwq01m/Screenshot%202023-12-03%20at%2013.56.01.png?dl=0

    Hi,

Yes, no error on setup anymore. Thanks.

On a duplicate website with the same server settings I don’t have this issue. The only difference between the both is the Sendcloud plugin. Guess this doesn’t cause this issue? Don’t want to temporary deactivate that plugin because it’s a live site.

    Hi,

Good to hear the error is gone. The error happens when the plugin needs to load too many attributes / custom fields into the drop-downs on the field mapping page. So the difference between you platforms/websites is probably the amount of attributes it has.
