• Hello,

while trying to submit the entered Inxmail login credentials in the setup page of the plugin the following warning and fatal error show up:

Warning: require_once(/srv/www/mypage/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/inxmail-newsletter-subscription/inxmail/inxmail_api/Apiimpl/Loader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/mypage/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/inxmail-newsletter-subscription/index.php on line 158

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/srv/www/mypage/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/inxmail-newsletter-subscription/inxmail/inxmail_api/Apiimpl/Loader.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /srv/www/wmypage/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/inxmail-newsletter-subscription/index.php on line 158

I looked into the plugin folder in order to find the file “/inxmail-newsletter-subscription/inxmail/inxmail_api/Apiimpl/Loader.php” but the subfolder “inxmail_api” is empty?! I installed the plugin via WordPress dashboard and also manually. Same problem, no files in the subfolder. The plugin seems to be pretty useless, I guess.

    Any chances of a bugfix?

Hello Christian, sorry for not answering. The notification email did not reach us and we just saw your question randomly.
The api is nothing we are allowed to deliver with our plugin. You have to order it directly at Inxmail and put it into the named folder.
But the plugin works without the api. You just cannot select the list you want to get connected, but have to fill it in manually.
    I hope, that helps.
    Catharina
