Fatal error on two websites with Hestia

    Hi,

    I have two websites with the Hestia theme. Both got this Fatal error recently:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hestia_repeater_sanitize() (previously declared in /home/frysboxn/Sparkontot.com/wp-content/themes/hestia/inc/customizer.php:476) in /home/frysboxn/Sparkontot.com/wp-content/themes/hestia/inc/customizer-repeater/inc/customizer.php on line 26

    Any ideas what to do about it?

    Hi @mscon,

    Were you using a child theme of Hestia?
    Did this happen on a theme update? Were you using a very old version of the theme?

    Hi!

    This happened during an automated update on both websites. So i’m not totally sure which update caused the error.

    The websites are: Sparkontot.com and B?stamatkassen.com

    I managed to restore the databases and fixed it that way.

    Hi, I am experiencing this same issue after updating. The website is https://www.ocd-therapy.com. Can you please help?

    @rougelatete I noticed that is says Hestia version 1.1.43 in your source code. Could be that’s an older version which needs and update in order to function with WP 4.9.4

    Sure is a nasty fatal error ??

    @eastcoaststudio Thank you so much!! I thought I had updated everything a couple days ago but, apparently, I had missed updating the theme. I’m not great with WordPress or any technology, really, so I very much appreciate you pointing that out for me! All fixed ??
