Fatal error on website due to this plugin

  • Hi my website had a fatal error due to this plugin yesterday when I tried to update the plugin. I contacted my host and they fixed my website, but they told me this plugin is incompatible and this is the issue: `the issue was caused by one of your plugins named ’email-subscribers’ , which seems incompatible and would need further attention from their support/developers to fix.

    Hi Namita,

    Sorry to hear that you facing an issue while updating the plugin.

    We have tested the update process but couldn’t replicate the issue at our end.

    The issue seems to be strange and related to some files not being copied correctly while unzipping the plugin’s zip file.

    We aren’t sure why this issue is occurring as the update process is handled by WordPress itself but you can try manually updating the plugin and see if the error still persists. You can learn more about updating the plugin manually from here.
