Fatal Error on zippy theme

  • Im upload the wordpress file to server,in a begining stage is working properly,after few days Im open to my site the following Error are Display on my browser

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function zippy_options_array() in /home/hiraniya/public_html/wp-content/themes/zippy/header.php on line 18
