Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in…

  • I have been running the latest WordPress on my local WAMP server fine and have just updated the live version of my WordPress. However my live version seems to be kicking up an issue that isn’t an issue on my local version of the site.

    When I create a new page in the “page Edit” area on the back end it only displays 1 page (the latest that has been created) and where the page ordering normally is it displays the following message:

    Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /home/sites/73dpi.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/73dpi/functions.php on line 353

    Please help ASAP
