    Hi,

    Yesterday the newfood.pt site return a error 500.

    The error is:

    The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, reactivate Orbit Fox and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    Thank you for using Orbit Fox and I’m sorry for the difficulties you encountered.

    The error mentioned seems to be isolated as we are not able to replicate it. To get access to the website’s Dashboard again, you can ask your hosting provider to rename the folder of the plugin temporarily. This can be found in wp-content/plugins/themeisle-companion – you can rename it to themeisle-companion-2 and this way you will be able to access the website again.

    The issue might occur due to file permissions on the server. To prevent it from happening again when you activate the plugin back, you can make sure the permissions have the recommended values for the WordPress folder – https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/.
