  • Have many events / categories / bookings do you currently have?

Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?

    (@feartech)

    wordpress: 4.4.1
    events manager: 5.6.2
    event categories: 4
    events: 24
    bookings: 29
    locations: 2

    thanks!

That shouldn’t cause any problems. Do you have a lot of pages / posts / comments? Or something else that might make the database large?

    Thread Starter feartech

    (@feartech)

    no comments, no posts

    only 20 or so pages

    it is a bit puzzling!

Puzzling indeed… Do you get the same error when Events Manager is deactivated?

    Thread Starter feartech

    (@feartech)

no, when i disable the plugin, i am able to then click pages and it all works. when i enable the plugin, the error comes back up.

24 events is pretty small; can you check your php logs to see if there’s any other error?

    Hi Gelo_nwl

I have checked error_log in the root of the site and can see some errors relating to woocommerce, the last one on 24th December:

Call to undefined function _wc_term_recount() in woocommerce-multilingual/inc/upgrade.class.php on line 395

Then on the 4th jan to 11th is a list of errors for wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2350

Are the events you mentioned single events or are any of them recurring events? If they are, do they cover a very long time span?

    Thread Starter feartech

    (@feartech)

no, all the events are single ones only

can you try to temporarily revert back to wordpress default theme?

    Thread Starter feartech

    (@feartech)

    ok, this is strange

i reverted back to twenty fifteen and it worked ok, i then went back to the other theme and it works!

but if i have too many tabs open, i get the memory issue but it looks like it is now working!

thanks for your time and patience! ??
