Fatal error: Out of memory on homepage only

My site https://www.bondcleanings.com.au/ have these error on the homepage

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 4456448) (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/mowingbr/public_html/www.bondcleanings.com.au/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 121

Php memory_limit is set to 64MB. (I dont have access to php.ini)

I tried adding increasing memory limit in .htaccess and config file but nothing works.

I hope you can help me with this problem. All the other pages are working properly (https://www.bondcleanings.com.au/blog/) I only get this error on the homepge.
