    Hi,

I would like some help in troubleshooting this error:

“Fatal error: Cannot declare class , because the name is already in use in /home/juiceont/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/includes/class-wcj-order-quantities.php on line 14”

There was no update lately, maybe automatic one. I can not acces wp-login either, only through FTP.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hi @mate2193!

The error indicates that there’s another plugin in your site declaring the same class.

You would first need to regain access to your account, following the steps here:

    https://lynndye.com/cannot-login-to-wordpress-admin-because-of-plugin-conflict-how-to-fix-this/

Once that is done, you would need to do a full conflict test to see where the issue is coming from, as per the troubleshooting / conflict documentation here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how that goes.

    Cheers!

    Hi @rynald0s,

Thank you for your message. I tried your suggestion, it looked good until the point when I wanted to login to wp-login. It shows a 503 Service Unavailable error.

    Any suggestion on this?

    Hi @mate2193,

It shows a 503 Service Unavailable error.

That kind of an error means that there’s an issue with your server. That could be from the plugin conflict you mentioned previously, but it could also be a different issue entirely. Could you check your website logs to see whether there is a new error message or any additional information?

It might also be worth asking your website host to see if they can help you find more information about what that error means so that we can understand what the next step is to get it resolved.
