Fatal error purchasing gift card

  • Hello, I installed this plugin and when I click Add to Cart it gives a fatal error: “Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string * int in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart-totals.php:299”

    Can you solve this?

    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    I couldn’t reproduce that error on my site, so it’s probably due to an incompatibility with some plugin/theme. I recommend you carry out the following tests and verify if the problem disappears in any of them:

    • Switch to a default WordPress theme, like 2023.
    • Leave only WooCommerce assets and our plugin. Here the problem will probably disappear, so you will have to activate your plugins in batches to find the cause.

    If you don’t want to run these tests on your live site, you can easily create a test site using the free WP Staging plugin.
