Fatal Error require()

  • My site is down, suddenly. No changes have been made. I get the error Warning: require(/home/content/79/10464079/html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/79/10464079/html/wp-settings.php on line 19

    My site is hosted on GoDaddy. Please help!

    The additional line that shows is Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/79/10464079/html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/79/10464079/html/wp-settings.php on line 19

    I would really appreciate some guidance here.
