Fatal Error since 3.3.1 from “date and time offset”

    Since the Update to 3.3.1 setting the “date and time offset” to german, throws a fatal error. The fielddescription in the pluginsettings suggests “+1 Monat or +1 Woche 2 Tage 4 Stunden 2 Sekunden oder n?chsten Donnerstag” but all german terms throws the fatal error. I can only use english. In my case it was “+1 Monat” but only “+1Month” works.

    I tested all suggested values “+1 Woche” seems to work. But all the other german values don’t.
