Fatal Error since Woocommerce 3.8 update

    Hello,
    I’ve just updated to woocommerce 3.8
    The front end of my site is in error with this message.

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/XXXXXXXXXXXX.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/states/US.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear’) in /XXXXXXXXXXXX.com/wp-content/plugins/woo-shipping-method-rl-carriers/includes/helpers.php on line 134

    Can you solve this issue please?
