• There was a FATAL ERROR when I installed the PRO version. (On Feb. 9 — I didn’t receive a response about this until Feb. 11. AND, to this day, no one on their staff has sent me a zip file of the fixed plugin.

    Their emails are asking the same questions repeatedly and NOT addressing the first MAJOR ISSUE — the fatal error. Communicating with them has been a huge waste of my time.

    I ended up building my own portfolio because I couldn’t delay the project and more while waiting on them to give me an appropriate response. (I’m not playing volleyball, I want a real answer. I don’t have time to go back and forth with someone who doesn’t seem to understand what I’m saying.)

    Now, it’s been two days of me asking for a refund and they are still wasting my time asking for more details and rehashing stupid emails that they sent that didn’t address the FATAL ERROR issue — at all.
