Fatal Error – transport.php

    When I save the form I get this error in the Email Marketing Provider Information box: Error making request with curl_error: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?) in transport.php line 158. The form actually works but if I try to open it again all of the API information is gone. Any help you can provide to make this function smoothly would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry you’re having issues. I have never encountered this error before. Sounds like this might be related to your server config. Do you think it would be possible for us to have a look at your WP backend?

    This was marked resolved but I see no resolution. I’m having the exact same error. I cannot check or update my CM information because this error is all that shows up in the Email Marketing Provider Information box. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin with no difference. The error shows on editing opt-in form or create new.
