fatal error trying to deactivate

edit: I’m thinking the problem is actually with the email-subscribers plugin. I’ll post on their forum.

Logged in as a user with admin privileges
Clicked “deactivate” on pagerestrict plugin.
Got this and continue to get this now just going to the site:
