Fatal error: Uncaught Error: ?

    We have a site that’s generating a recurring fatal error from Smush:

    Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_file_name() on null in /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-smushit/core/class-error-handler.php:241

    Any ideas on what’s going on or how to fix?
