Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function

  • hi people, r u good? sry by my english, is kind of rusty…

    i’ve installed a plug in (if i’m not wrong) and now i cant access wp admin, it’s appearing the message

    event_planning_management_tgmpa() in C:\Users\thiag\Local Sites\tarot-sincero\app\public\wp-content\themes\event-planning-management\core\includes\tgm.php on line?18

    how can i fix it please?

  • The error message refers to a theme you are using called “Event Planning Management”. The message itself doesn’t tell me anything, as essential information is missing. You should contact the theme’s support team for clarification: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/event-planning-management/

    Alternatively, you can also delete the theme directory, i.e. under C:\Users\thiag\Local Sites\tarot-sincero\app\public\wp-content\themes\event-planning-management. WordPress should then automatically switch to an alternative existing theme and you should be able to access it again.

    but when i try to add a new page it’s saying that the file that i deleted is missing…

    The theme directory “event-planning-management” does not exist.

    and i cant acces the edit page (new page is home)

    sry im nb at wordpress + elementor…

    Which theme do you currently have activated? You can see it in the backend under Appearance > Themes.

    So you want to work with Elementor in the future? Then I would recommend the Hello Elementor theme as a basis. If you have any further questions about Elementor, their support forum is more helpful: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/
