Hello. After updating the plugin, I met a fatal error on the page of all plugins. Unfortunately, because of this, I can no longer access this page.

When I disabled your plugin via ftp, the error disappeared.

    Error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function GeminiLabs\SiteReviews\Controllers\get_user_count() in {…}/wp-content/plugins/site-reviews/plugin/Controllers/DeactivationController.php:157

Can you help me? I still want to use your plugin)

What version of WordPress are you running?
get_user_count() is a native WordPress function so I’m not sure why your site is throwing an error. Are you using any kind of custom WordPress configuration?

Hello! I am using the official version of WP 5.9.2. Didn’t do any additional configuration. Right now I can’t update my WP, it might affect some important old plugins. Tell me, is it possible to solve the problem without updating WP?

Your answer stumped me)) As I said above, right now I can’t update my WP due to some outdated plugins. I was hoping you could help me with this problem. I see that it is not. Anyway, thanks for your plugin and hard work.

I have fixed the compatibility issue with WordPress 5.8 and 5.9 in the last update of Site Reviews.

If you update Site Reviews to v6.9.3 it will fix the problem on your website.

Oh my god, please forgive me. I was not fair. I updated your plugin the other day and thought you were talking about wp6+ now. I couldn’t believe that there was already a new version and that it was numbered the same as WP.

Yes, with the new version everything works fine. Thank you very much, you are wonderful!
